Read mixed reviews before buying from this site so I thought it was important to share my positive experience as so often reviews are only left when someone has a negative experience. Ordered and arrived within two days using standard delivery, excellent communication via email and the trainers are exactly what I wanted. Can’t fault this website on this occasion. I will definitely buy from here again.

Don’t trust this company. I purchased some boots and the delivery was marked as delivered. Opened a dispute as it really wasn’t and company did not care and kept arguing with me. Will be telling everyone about not to buy from them.

Delivery: is very fast! Returns/refunds: again very good! I would definitely suggest that if you want to return a product, you do it through the “ print your label online” and take it to the postoffice! I read a lot of negativity and I believe this is because of the delivery company Hermes.. ( most companies use them) but they are not reliable! So be careful before blaming Shoeaholics, It’s really Hermes who are to blame most of the times! I find the chat customer service also very good! I think people should be patient and more sensitive before writing such a negative reviews on here..My family and friends, housemates all use Shoeaholics and never had any issues? Shoeaholics we are customers for life! Best deals-great prices& quality shoes/bags!

Picked up a £20 pair of Vans with a discount code so like £18.50 delivered . Shoes brand new still with card inserts etc same shoes on vans site £70. Happy Days would use again.

Sent out a faulty product. Which we returned asking for a good one to be sent out as a replacement. They then refused since they had put the price up of the boots since the purchase was made.

Ordered from this site for the first time just before Christmas, was extremely concerned as I wasn’t sure if it was legit or not & I have now purchased again 4 more times & will continue to. The items I received are no different from those I’ve purchased from the original Kurt Geiger site, but just at better prices - plus the 15% student discount even off sale items, is a bonus too! Had a few issues with paying for next-day delivery & not receiving the items on time & have contacted their customer service both through email & also their Twitter DM’s & cannot fault them. They are extremely attentive & work to fix your issue ASAP / no attitude & always go above & beyond for you, especially Margot. A site I will continue to purchase from - do not be fooled by the bad reviews.

It was my first time ordering from shoeaholics and I was a bit unsure due to the reviews but the delivery was fast, I ordered two carvela bags in the sale and the big carvela bag came with a carvela dust bag. I ended up returning the smaller bag as I no longer needed it. The returns process was simple and the return label was provided. Money was refunded quickly. Would definitely order from them again.

Like many others I was dubious about placing an order when I saw the reviews on here. But I've had no problems at all. The shoes came super fast, in perfect condition, brand new and at amazing prices! Will definitely shop again and have recommended to friends.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS...Dreadful poor after sales service. I am very Very disappointed at the lack of response from customer services. I have a fault with a pair of recently purchased carvella shoes. I have had numerous LIVE chats, the advisor always requests I send pictures of the fault to customer services. I then forward a detailed email and photographs. I have never even received an acknowledgement of my emails, let alone a resolution, I have checked the email address is correct whilst on yet another live chat prior to getting disconnected. Avoid not a reputable company
